The plot to build 88 dwellings in Jerez de la Frontera has a regular shape and an area of about 3,146 m2. The highest point is at the corner of Avenue Rey Juan Carlos I with H Street in the urban Plan. The height difference until the end of the plot is about 2.5 meters on the Avenue, being practically zero in the second street.

The typology chosen for the set of dwellings is the enclosed block with open courtyard. With this system, there are 16 apartments built per floor with two vertical cores of communications through galleries open to the courtyard giving access to all apartments. In the ground floor there are built 8 apartments, including those for handicapped, leaving at the bottom edge, where the level with the street reaches 2.5 meters drop, the access into the courtyard and a band for commercial purposes. Underground, in the basement the parking is built, in addition to storage and installation rooms.

The housing typology is designed to build an exterior perimeter where the living rooms and bedrooms are placed, closed to the outside with a thick wall that allows to contain cabinets and shelves, and outside the openings are protected from the weather, sun and rain. The interior ring contains the wet areas from the apartments, bathrooms, kitchens and laundry rooms, which are open to small courtyards for ventilation, and these are open to the large central courtyard. The rooftop is flat and accessible.
