CORE was the design lead for the lobby, penthouse amenity space, and corridors of a 16-story office building by leading with a hospitality approach to design, as the anchor office tenant is Choice Hotels.

The goal was to create an approachable and luxurious lobby where people will linger, rather than simply pass through. CORE used arcing ceiling forms to unify the two sides of the lobby so that it feels like a living room. The materials are rich and warm, including wood and venetian plaster with brass accents. 

The furnishings and artwork throughout emphasize warmth and texture at a relatable scale, with great attention to detail that the developer is known to deliver in their buildings
