A mix of jewel tones and earthy hues and loads of textures create an exhilarating air in this intricately detailed home built and designed by Pramod Group.
Designed to add under-stated luxury and grace to everyday living, the home is furnished with carefully curated furniture pieces, rich fabrics, meticulously selected accessories and artworks. Wallpapers, wooden panelings, decorative ceilings and immaculately combined finishes add extra dimensions to the spaces.
In the formal living and dining room, a regal shade of purple is used as the accent colour covering the twin statement chairs that light up the otherwise neutral, yet texturally-rich space. The same accent shade is carried through in the striking artwork, cushions, accessories and even in the shimmery drapes. A modern chandelier in gold complements the glossy dining table and the chic chairs imparting a hint of glamour. Sculptural potted plants and greenery in the balcony bring in the quintessential dose of naturalness. Pramod CMD Vivek Gupta’s keen interest in optimizing natural light by strategically planning large windows and balconies is evident through the home.
In the adjoining entertainment and media room, lavish seating in a rich terracotta shade creates a laidback luxurious vibe. The breakfast table near the kitchen is paired with chairs featuring perfectly tufted upholstery in a similar shade. The traditional chandelier, the vibrant artwork and the accent chair in a happy yellow hue come together to create a family space full of joie de vivre. The bar unit and the canine sculpture atop, both showcasing multiple bold colours, add a burst of brightness and quirkiness. Interior architect Ritu Gupta uses a balanced hand to strike harmony among a multitude of hues and finishes.
The bedrooms are sumptuously appointed with fully padded beds with elaborate headboards and cater to the specific needs of their owners. Textural and patterned wallpapers and woven fabrics add visual excitement and tactility.
The large kitchen with a smart island counter is fully equipped with all modern appliances, and is ideal to inspire a fun cook-up with family.
Throughout the home, the designers create a warm and deeply textural vibe dotted with happy colours and finishes that uplift the mood of its inhabitants. Its contemporariness is replete with modern ethnic touches that speak to the soul.
