The house will be clad in extruded aluminum profiles, cement board, zinc and clear glass. It has been designed to minimize its carbon footprint by introducing highly energy efficient exterior wall assembly with triple glazed windows, separate heating and cooling zones as well as targeted use of passive heating and cooling.
