Set amidst dense and mature vegetation, this corporate project prioritizes integration with nature and the use of light materials, proposing an architecture that is both functional and welcoming. The building, with its white structure and exposed sloped roof, houses a series of interconnected spaces linked by both external and internal paths that blur the boundaries between indoors and outdoors. The translucent polycarbonate panel envelope ensures privacy while allowing abundant natural light to enter, creating soft and pleasant interiors.
The workspaces were designed to foster productivity and well-being. The area for collective workstations, with generous ceiling height and large window frames, receives natural light filtered through the tree canopy, promoting an atmosphere that is both serene and dynamic. Meeting rooms are distributed among the blocks and feature wide doors that fully open onto the gardens, transforming meetings into moments of connection with the natural surroundings. The furniture, with clean lines and neutral materials, reinforces the project's minimalist approach.
The kitchen, designed for shared use, translates the same architectural language: practical, bright, and free of excess. With a dark granite countertop contrasting with light wood lower cabinets and white subway-tiled walls, the space combines functionality and aesthetics. Open shelving and exposed electrical conduits complete the composition with a light industrial touch.
Throughout the project, decompression areas are strategically positioned next to the vegetation, with decks, benches, and armchairs made from natural materials, creating small “internal plazas” that reinforce the bond between the space and nature. Circulation between the blocks occurs along stone pathways, shaded by natural foliage and punctuated by white pillars supporting generous eaves.
On the outside, the garden plays a central role. Organically designed, it features winding stone paths and seating areas under the tree canopy, offering spaces for pause, contemplation, and rest throughout the day.
The integration between architecture and landscape is the project’s core guideline. More than simply housing functions, the space proposes new ways of inhabiting the workplace — more fluid, lighter, and more human.
