Offices and social areas are linked to the northern and eastern ambits which connect with public access. Furthermore a free space will be kept in the eastern area which permits to develop a program of sport areas and playgrounds. The particular conditions related to the design of a Special Education Center clearly establish a development of the teaching unit in one single level, the ground floor, while the administrative units can be arranged on the first floor with restricted access.
