The hotel and its facilities occupy the first five storeys, with a lounge, and public restaurants at ground floor level opening onto the surrounding landscaped gardens. The upper floors contain fourteen apartments; a range of single level, duplex and penthouse units. All have continuous balconies on three sides and generous terraces for indoor/outdoor living. Both hotel and apartments have impressive views south over Lake Varthur.

Many of the interior design finishes (in-situ polished terrazzo, polished cement plaster wall finishes, custom made furniture, light fittings and accessories) focus on the revival of carft traditions and skilled fabrication. The interiors are subtle augmented by the flourishes of the craftsmanship.
