Marcela Rocca signs the interior project for a house located in the residential Burle Marx, in Alphaville
Prioritizing the client's comfort with environments that offered practicality, spaciousness, natural lighting and a feeling of well-being, was the main point in the execution of this 500m² project signed by interior designer Marcela Rocca, for her happy client, who is a singer and loves receive guests at home.
The property was still being built by the construction company, when Marcela was approached to develop the entire interior project. And the main request was that the house had large, integrated spaces and a pleasant living area for everyone.
And to put the client's expectations into practice, the entire living area was integrated, employing a contemporary style, with straight lines and neutral tones. The first floor has an office, TV room, dining and living room, kitchen and a gourmet area connected to the pool area. The space also received a small stage, very special, for the client to play and sing. Suitable for entertainment, it suits a variety of scenarios and combines the idea of good conversation and socializing.
On the upper floor is the entire intimate area, with five suites. Three of them used by the children, one reserved for guests and the master suite, for the couple. The floor also has a support point with a minibar that serves the whole family, eliminating the need to go downstairs all the time for small and quick needs.
