Designed with the objective of creating a new housing reference for the city of Pachuca, this project has been the result of a multidisciplinary collaboration with biophilic design, specialized urban studies and integration of bioenergy of the environment for a lifestyle with greater harmony and well-being for its inhabitants.
Among the various design strategies, we proposed a network of interconnected parks that run throughout the complex to create spaces for restoration and recalibration of the body. In this way, we generated a variety of environments that reduce stress and promote greater social cohesion.
We enhance the success of a project through design. In this case, the Master Plan reflects a proposal that promotes health and well-being through energy, physical, mental and social balance. The result of the design responds to a growing market that is increasingly aware of the effects of living space and living spaces on the quality of life of their families.
