On a beautiful site with breathtaking views overlooking the Cabo San Lucas Bay, we designed the master plan for the Arcomar housing development. The mixed housing development offers 30 units of horizontal housing and 24 apartments immersed in natural areas, landscape and amenities.

The concept for the housing design was based on the geometry of the arch to distribute the lots radially and offer unobstructed views to the common areas on the lower levels and ocean views on the upper levels. 

For the design of the vertical housing, the main objective was to offer ocean views to the social spaces and all rooms in the apartments.
