Factor Arquitectura - HistoryFA was founded in 2001 as an experimental office developing a flexible structure to handle external circumstances, with the clear objective to generate ideas in constant evolution. Factor Arquitectura - Description We are a design group focused on creating spaces and experiences that transform people's lives. We bring together more than two decades of experience in the practice and creation of architecture of the highest quality in conjunction with a focus on sustainability, energy and human well-being.
Our designs take care of people and look for the experience of living the space, that is, the impact that a place will have on the way of acting, feeling and remembering it.We seek to generate aesthetic and purposeful architecture that also promotes well-being and harmony with a positive contribution to health and life energy. We use pure forms, attention to detail and the expressive clarity of textures.
We design from an integral vision of the human being, contemplating mind, body and energy in its conception, design and construction. The design of the space is for us a tool that promotes the success of each project and includes not only its physical qualities, but also its energetic qualities and its influence on our lives.
