The provision of wide openings at the front and rear of each unit allows for maximum air circulation, cross ventilation and the penetration of natural light, minimising energy consumption and reducing the overall carbon footprint.
The architectural language is simple and the elevation reflects a timeless style. The use of natural building materials, such as the adoption of over-burnt bricks, lend character to the facade. Colours are kept to a minimum to highlight the simplicity of the architectural style.
