Double-height entrance lobby and spaces create a sense of grandeur and spaciousness. The skylight provides ample natural light, reducing the need for artificial lighting during the day and improved ventilation. The skylight allows occupants to connect with the outdoors, providing glimpses of the sky and potentially even stars at night. Overall, such a design element combines aesthetics, functionality, and a connection to nature, creating a welcoming and visually appealing entryway to a building saving energy and creating well-lit atmosphere. Pastel-colored kitchen trolleys and cabinets bring a fresh and charming aesthetic to the kitchen space making it visually pleasing and feeling more inviting.

A fabricated staircase is a combination of metal and wood which create a visually striking contrast that adds to the overall aesthetic of the lobby. It can give the space a modern and sophisticated look with a touch of warmth. Metal fabrication ensures the structural integrity and durability of the staircase, making it safe for everyday use. The wooden steps, on the other hand, provide comfort and a pleasant tactile experience.
