EDSA’s vision here is to create a 300-key luxury eco resort that will redefine the local hospitality industry and timeshare villas as well as attract the regional market. The resort is targeted to achieve the LEED Platinum and China 3-Star Energy ratings. EDSA has completed the master planning phase and is currently working on detailed design for Phase I. The construction and the entrance and activity area has begun and the project is proposed to open this fall.
