From 1996-2006, the multi-phased revitalization included replacing the original tower and podium façades, creating double-height storefronts including flagship presences for Harvey Nichols and Louis Vuitton, adding new atria and entrances, expanding the retail and dining area, upgrading the interior finishes and skylights, converting the lower portion of the Edinburgh Tower into a boutique Mandarin Oriental hotel, and replacing an outmoded structure with a new, 23-story office tower (York House.) AURA SKYPOOL

Boasting spectacular views across the Dubai skyline, AURA SKYPOOL is the world's highest 360° infinity pool. Despite its ultra urban location at the top of the Palm Tower skyscraper on the manmade Jumeirah archipelago, the interior’s design takes cues from the natural world. That includes a rock formation-inspired sculptural wall, reclaimed wood, and plentiful plants. The Mutis hotel with Japanese aesthetics

The concept hotel "Mutis" located in Indonesia. This project represents our search for combinations of different stylistic directions. We experimented a lot with geometric shapes, materials and furniture. Haridwar is the city known for the strong influences of the deity Shiva, further enhanced by the presence of the river Ganga. Pilibhit House, a mesmerizing hospitality project by Designers Group in Haridwar,  seeks to enthrall everyone who enters the town searching for liberation (Moksha). The cultural and religious significance of Haridwar played a considerable part in the contemporary design grammar of the Pilibhit House Hotel. Mili Resto

This project is located at Padi Resort, Pancawati, Bogor, West Java, on a valley between Salak Mountain and Pangrango mountain. At first, the area was used as a rice field area that turned into a hospitality area, and that is where the concept of ricefield plants came for the resort and it is following into the concept for the restaurant. Wildan Nurfauzi Mili Resto was built as a facilitator for the guest in the resort to enjoy the panorama of the ricefield surrounding the restaurant. A twisted prismatic approach of a boutique hotel

The Ampia Vista retreat is located on a steep longtitudinal plot at the southern part of Meganisi island offering breathtaking views of the Ionian Sea. Additional to the 34 double rooms, 8 triple rooms and 6 luxurious suites, the complex includes high standard food and beverage facilities as well as a wellness  center.    The name derives from the Italian meaning of the phrase “ample view”, which is the key element of the hotel. ITC Welcome Hotel

The planning follows the existing contours of the hill. There was very little cut/ fill carried out, and the road gradients were also created by mapping the contours of the existing hill terraces. ITC Hotel Group The building is laid out to receive maximum south facing sun, and all guest room windows are designed at very specific angles, to receive sunlight from early morning to sunset time. Spring Tower

Mini Cuppa - SOHO

 hcreates recently opened a new café for Mini Cuppa in the Sky Soho development in Hongqiao, Shanghai.  The client wanted a fun and cozy space to attract the young professionals in the surrounding office towers. When hcreates first started to learn about Mini Cuppa, they immediately noticed their range of interesting, creative drinks and snacks that were very eye-catching.
