The 100% passive housing project Anethan fits perfectly in the urban renewal that is going on in the city of Schaarbeek. The project is twofold: it provides three sustainable high-quality apartments on one the hand and a new striking landmark for the neighbourhood on the other hand.

Positive and generous

The facade gives the new building a positive, warm and generous look. Residents and passers-by can enjoy the seemingly arbitrary, yet well-thought out, placements of the windows and the playful pattern of green and white bricks. The front refers furthermore to meaningful moments in the architectural history of Schaarbeek, in this case art nouveau.
