At Botany, GroupGSA delivered 18 boutique-scale studios, designed exclusively for single women over 55 years of age. The project, completed in 2020, melds exceptional indoor and outdoor amenity, with an internal courtyard and garden space on level one, and a generous rooftop space incorporating greenery, a barbecue and communal seating.

Within the studios, residents enjoy substantial storage through integrated joinery of a high-quality finish, incorporations typical of high-end residential builds. The inclusion of street-level retail activation provides an authentic engagement point with the neighbourhood, inviting the community in and nesting the build on the streetscape. Artist Jason Briggs was engaged to complete a large-scale mural to adorn the communal setting.
