Apartment JBR is a 360 m² project situated in Dubai's Al Fattan Tower, on the 45th floor. This exquisite apartment offers stunning views of the marina, providing both a luxurious living experience and a captivating visual panorama.

Designed for a family with 2 children, this house consists of 4 bedrooms and 1 babysitter room.

To enhance both visual and functional communication a service window was installed, linking the kitchen to the living room through the open dining area.

The living room was enhanced with a dynamic visual effect through the integration of circular material transitions on the floor and linear transitions on the ceiling. Wooden pillars are strategically placed in the center to create a separation between the living room and dining area while maintaining cohesive visual harmony.

The same idea was employed in the separator that distinguishes the wide seating area in the living room from the cozy armchair nook by the window.

The kitchen countertop was designed with an extended depth of 20 cm beyond the standard dimensions, leveraging the wide corridor space. This enhancement allowed for the strategic placement of upper shelves above the counter, resulting in a more spacious and functional countertop area.

For the master bedroom, wardrobes with smoked reflective glass doors, elevated marble flooring, and an elegant circular jewelry unit were designed.

In the children's bedroom, two distinct levels are designed to separate living and playing areas. The lower level features two beds, a library, and a work desk. The upper level is designed as a versatile playground area that can also serve as an additional bed if needed.

The entrance door to the children's bathroom and the entire wall were covered with blackboard, allowing kids to unleash their creativity and draw to their heart's content.

In the children's bathroom, steps with a push-to-open system were incorporated into the design. This feature allows children to easily access the sink by climbing on the steps if the height proves insufficient.
