One of the challenges in this project was to create separate functional areas while preserving the industrial appearance and openness of the space. The leitmotif of the interior is that the dwelling is designed for an individualist with an adventurous spirit. The height of 5.50m gave us the opportunity to optimize the space by designing an intermediate platform defining the relax zone - the bedroom and the bathroom. The design is a minimalist and maximally clean-effect bed with a little bedside table. The bathroom is the small pearl in the interior - we used a combination of natural materials, classic elements and cleaned volumes to achieve the luxury of a home mini-spa. It is characterized by the smooth passage from one zone to another, completely lacking solid partitions - we used a fully transparent glass, in the area of the bathroom was closed with a glass screen, which is a natural extension of the railing, but on it is mounted a special foil allowing automatic matting of the glass with a remote control. Floating stairs of solid wood are the connecting link between the living room and the private space on the second floor, has direct access to the most adventurous corner of the dwelling - an industrial design window, curved seating area and city views. The living area and the kitchen are distinguished by simplicity and aristocracy. We have combined the warmth and comfort of natural materials - wood, leather, bricks with cold industrial elements - concrete, stone, metal and copper - the result - absolute harmony and specific contrast between the two visions.
