What was the brief?
In the heart of the Sablon, this flat is being totally transformed from a forgotten, dark office space to a qualitative, fresh and bright one bedroom flat. With an office space still included, spacious rooms and a terrace, this is a gem to be found in the centre of Brussels.
What were the key challenges?
Complete renovation of old, poorly maintained offices into a beautiful, luxurious flat. Refresh the terrace, create kitchen, bathroom and bedroom areas from the office layout.
