Archer is a fine dining experience inspired by the beauty and power of the Pacific Northwest.

Western Canadian terrain is vast, unpredictable, wild and filled with mystery. Archer is a visual account of a chef’s voyage into the Pacific North West. Mossy color tones, natural textures, and atmospheric lighting are constants throughout the space. Overall, the design is pared back to act as a backdrop for the theatrical and dramatic cuisine.
