Arena Toruń

The Arena at Bema Street in Toruń is a multi-purpose object of a sport and entertainment character. Its basic function is athletics. There is a 200 meters long 6-lane track, with a full program of indoor athletics disciplines and a training track, which allow to organize events at the highest world-class level. Thanks to the applied solutions, such as an additional hall, locker rooms meeting various requirements, the number of seats in the stands, possibility to broadcast TV transmissions, the object can also host team sports tournaments at the international level. Apart from the main arena the hall also has additional sports functions: a training room in the size of a court for playing handball, volleyball, basketball and tennis with a climbing wall, a martial arts room, a gym, a table tennis hall, locker rooms and washing facilities meeting the necessary requirements of sports federations, a clinic, an anti-doping office and a biological regeneration studio. A climbing wall was also constructed, which additionally increases the attractiveness of the object and allows to organize competitions in additional sports disciplines.
