We have reimagined the dental clinic by incorporating hospitality design concepts within the space. We have created a relaxing atmosphere for patients, offering a more enjoyable and worry-free experience; helping to ease any remaining anxieties that one would have when visiting the dentist. Our design focus on aspects of architecture, such as creating symmetry, straight lines, and sharp geometries throughout the clinic. Additionally, we focused on the House-within-a-House concept with varying ceiling tiers.

Upbeat lounge music was also introduced to set the overall relaxing tone and vibe to the space. The clinic feels more like a relaxing hotel lounge than anything else. Lastly, touches of Biophilic design can be seen with the introduction of a towering Ficus tree that acts as a eyecatching centre piece for the clinic. The genesis of the name, Arkidental, comes from the owner’s enthusiasm for architecture and their lifetime devotion to the craft of dentistry; combining the two practices, we have the name Arkidental.

The dental clinic is located in a retail mall and the mall space is shared amongst other dental clinics and retail stores. From the start, we set out to create a unique space that would not only stand out against all the other tenants but also change the way people traditionally think of a dental clinic.
