This 89 room boutique hotel has been developed in the heart of the oldest leather and shoemaking district in old New York dating back to the late 1690's. The design of the hotel pays a nod to this history while centering on art and zen. The hotel boasts a innovative yoga master studio, and a two story bar/lounge with spectacular views of downtown Manhattan. The project is under construction, will be open February 2018
