Avenue Rise provides premium apartment living specifically designed to support ageing in place. The eleven, three-bedroom luxury apartments are located at the apex of Riversdale and Avenue Roads and incorporate an exclusive penthouse with a private rooftop terrace.
With only 4 apartments per floor, each apartment benefits from two facades, cross ventilation and a large outdoor balcony or landscaped courtyard designed for elegant low maintenance living. A large mature Golden elm located at the front of the property complements the extensive landscaping and ensures the residence sits impeccably within its surrounding suburban context. The façade, with its natural palette expressed in crafted brickwork and bronze metallic cladding on the higher levels, provide detail and material resilience. Floor-to ceiling windows create an abundance of natural light.
