The project faced the remodeling of a 70’s style apartment, characterized by tailor made furniture, recessed light fixtures and an industrial style steel kitchen.
The architects decided to respect such features and limited interventions to the renewal of worn off or too dark finishes with new, modern and luminous ones. For example, brown moquette covered ceiling has been painted in white, while the beige moquette on the living room area ha been replaced by white resin.
Ceramic tiles, in dark tones of green and brown, have been replaced by light natural parquet or light grey ceramic tiles. Bathrooms have been carefully design to recall the 70’s design style, with its curves and sinuos lines.
The industrial has been repaired and restored to its full functionality.
