The building is located in Barrio Alta Córdoba, in Cordoba City. Occupying a construction site of large dimensions for the sector average, product of the transfer of an old fresh pasta factory. The proposal resolves the confluence of three building profiles included in the city's building code that converge on the corner, which defines a higher central body and terraces staggered towards both streets and rescues the hierarchy of the corner as a meeting place locating there the entrance hall framed in a double-height exterior void.

The geometry orders the exterior view from horizontal tapes of 30 meters in length with an 89º and 91º degrees turn between the different levels, additionally the meeting of the tapes in the corner is dematerialized and interspersed in a way to celebrate the differences in the typologies of apartments. We place the kitchens in full permeability to the outside, to feed the visual relationship between passers-by and the inhabitants of the building without compromising privacy, the openings advance and are transparent. On the other hand, the rest of the day and night spaces are preceded by the powerful horizontal tapes that act as solar protection, and the air conditioning units that are part of the standard equipment of the units are housed in the voids.

The building tries to take some of the life guidelines typical of a house and proposes facilities that bring the apartments to this way of living privately and communally. Generously sized balconies and terraces are proposed in all the apartments, a multipurpose room on the ground floor suitable for the development of small family events, a pool and solarium facing north, a large terrace with grills and garages with storage for the 70% of the apartments, on the ground floor and a basement. This large percentage of parking is obtained through a special structural effort, transition beams one meter wide and high in part of the subsoil and part of the ground floor, allow the structure to be re- modulated adapting it to two different typological requirements.
