Upon entering the residence, guests are welcomed by a stylish entrance hall meticulously designed to enhance the sense of openness. A generously sized mirror adorns one of the walls, cleverly amplifying the perceived space, while a chic suspended storage module and the plush Pinto bench, adorned in a luxurious green fabric, add both functionality and aesthetic charm to the area.
Transitioning to the first level of the penthouse, one discovers the heart of the home – the expansive living area characterized by an airy open-plan layout. This modern arrangement seamlessly integrates the living room, kitchen, and dining space, creating a harmonious environment that reflects contemporary living at its finest. The carefully curated design elements and sophisticated color palette further elevate the ambiance, making this penthouse a true urban oasis.
In the living area, the choice fell upon the Elisa modular sofa, specifically tailored to suit this particular space flawlessly. Its rounded contours, generous proportions, and pristine white upholstery collectively establish the Elisa sofa as the focal point of the living room. Adjacent to this inviting piece of furniture stands the Blendie coffee table, boasting a luxurious Calacatta Oro and Nero Sahara marble top resting elegantly on clear glass legs. The kitchen's ambiance is further enhanced by the inclusion of the exquisite Chimney Wall decorative vases, featuring a captivating blend of gold and white accents that elevate the room's aesthetic. Additionally, a cozy breakfast nook was created on the island using elegant bar stools from the Holly Sedie collection, offering a perfect spot to enjoy morning meals while basking in the kitchen's sophisticated charm.
On the first level of the house, you will discover a convenient service bathroom, essential for the comfort of guests and residents alike. Additionally, a tastefully designed office space can be found, meticulously furnished to blend functionality with style.
The office area features carefully selected furniture pieces that reflect a contemporary yet sophisticated aesthetic. The centerpiece of this space is the exquisite MADEIRA extendable sofa, enveloped in a luxurious gray fabric adorned with elegant green decorative seams. Complementing this focal point is the elegant Cross decorative table, harmonizing beautifully with the overall decor theme.
Moreover, the office boasts the Settanta Desk, exuding a timeless allure with its natural oak wood finishes and a Vintage natural leather insert, adding a touch of warmth and sophistication to the workspace. To complete this ensemble, the Annie Sedia chair, upholstered in sumptuous green velvet, provides both comfort and a pop of rich color to the setting.

Maintaining the seamless blend of modernity and elegance seen on the first level, access to this upper floor is elegantly facilitated by an internal staircase and a spacious hallway adorned with bespoke decorative profiles, ensuring a cohesive design narrative throughout the house.
The master bedroom exudes luxury with the Royal Letti bed taking center stage in the room. The exquisite textile tapestry adds a touch of elegance to the space, while the Tepu Gruppi bedside tables, featuring Rovere Carbone wooden legs, Corda glossy lacquered drawer, and Noir Desire marble top, embody the perfect blend of minimalism and sophistication. Completing the look are the Bente bench and stool, adorned with boucle tapestry, adding a cozy and stylish element to the master bedroom. The centerpiece of the room is Frank's bed from The Design Shop, featuring luxurious cream upholstery that enhances the room's overall ambiance. This elegant bed is perfectly paired with bedside tables and a chest of drawers from the Babila collection, boasting exquisite Noce natural wood finishes. The room also features the Supernova desk, characterized by its striking anthracite structure and vintage natural leather insert, adding a touch of sophistication.
To further enhance the bedroom's decor, the Aquilone wall decoration with a bronze finish was strategically placed alongside the FIG PLANT decorative plant, striking a perfect balance in the room's overall aesthetic. The bathrooms in the house were beautifully crafted using the latest Blues 2.0 collection. Each bathroom was meticulously customized to suit its specific dimensions and finishes, creating a unique and cohesive look throughout the entire home. The sleek and modern design of the collection added a touch of elegance and sophistication to the bathrooms, making them both functional and aesthetically pleasing. The choice of finishes and dimensions for each bathroom was carefully selected to ensure a perfect balance of style and functionality, resulting in a truly stunning space that perfectly complemented the overall design of the house.
