A modern and current design, with marine notes and solar color accents. The apartment, is located in a new and modern building, right next to the beaches with golden sand of Mamaia. The 8th floor , where the apartment is, offer a grate sea view – a spectacular view of the beach, Black sea and the lake. Being a summer, vacation home, the entire design concept was designed around the idea of a 5-star hotel at home. The entrance to the apartment creates a first connection with the interior, through modern accent pieces. The entire living area of the apartment is open, giving the feeling of space. However, this opening between the entrance, kitchen and living room - generated the division of the areas through low furniture pieces - personalizing each space separately.

The kitchen, which offers all the necessary utilities for a vacation home, was made in neutral, light gray shades, with black accents given by the plinth and partially concealed hardware. The entire kitchen area is partially hidden from the entrance of the house by a modern and functional island that provides both dining area and storage space; but also a clear delimitation of the kitchen area from the living room area. The marble countertops give an elegant touch to the entire area. The living room, comfortable and elegant, proposes the Astor sofa as the central piece. The sofa lounge, along with the adjustable headrests, ensures the comfort of the beneficiaries. To give the design the desired marine notes, the Maldini decorative wallpaper was chosen, an inspired and spectacular choice.

The living room furniture was custom made, and is part of the New Living collection. The Bleu accents of the furniture accentuate the design line; along with the thematic paintings used in this area. The decorative bamboo, along with the floral decorations and the orange armchair, are the color spots of the entire living area. The bedroom offers a minimalist arrangement, due to the relatively small space it has, but elegant through the lines of the furniture and the chosen finishes. The Guscio bed, fully upholstered in blue velvet, is the central piece of this room. The chest of drawers with Omega sliding doors ensures the necessary storage. An airy arrangement, but full of details!
