The unique characteristic of the building is that it is shared by two companies on two sides of the building, and thus, it has two functions, two cores, two sets of entrances, both for public use and office building. The south and east façade is mainly consisted of glasses and vertical element of stone strips, which is enclosed and embraced by two sets of heavy stone walls on the north and the west side. The walls, in turn, are connected with horizontal stripes of the same material, on every 4 floors, behaving like arms supporting the glass structure. The balconies become a 4-storey high greenhouse that acts as a buffer for heat exchange of the building.
