This proud city mansion built around the end of the 19th century has been a jewel of the Kitzbuehel inner city since its early days. Many neighbouring buildings have had to surrender to progress or have been rebuilt. Villa Tagwerker however, remained unchanged and reminds us of those long forgotten days. Conserving the charm of the „old lady“ was of upmost importance and paramount during the planning and execution of this project.
Die stolze Stadtvilla aus dem Ende des 19. Jahrhundert ist schon seit ihren Jugendtagen ein Schmuck für den Kitzbüheler Stadtkern. So manches Nachbargebäude musste dem Fortschritt weichen oder wurde umgebaut. Einzig die Villa Tagwerker blieb unverändert und erinnert an eine längst vergangene Zeit. Der Charme der „alten Dame“ musste unter allen Umständen erhalten werden. Dieser Umstand wurde zum obersten Regulativ bei Planung und Ausführung.
