Interior refurbishment of rented commercial premises for use as a restaurant, located in an area of great nocturnal activity in the centre of Madrid. The building works affect the ground floor and the basement, which provides toilets and a storeroom. As the façade of the building is listed, the works are confined to the interior of the premises.

The previous bar was still in use, and the environmental and sanitary conditions were appalling, so we completely renewed the services and finishes. The new layout reorganizes the bar and seating area creating a larger main room. This takes advantage of the openings onto the street, by improving the lighting conditions and environmental quality linking the space to the intense street life.
