On the corner site directly overlooking the Outer Alster, a new residential building was completed, comprising five spacious, high-end apartements. Both the representative street elevation and the garden elevation follow the existing building lines and eaves heights, allowing the structure to blend harmoniously into the heterogeneous urban context.
The corner is deliberately accentuated by a raised volume and its striking volume and its striking opening. A curved panoramic window in the living areas reveals expansive views across the Alster and city skyline. The highlight elevates the gallery floor, establishing it as a notable landmark visible from far side of the lake.
