A new home for originally three school locations has been created in the center of the city of Bergheim with a partial new building. Completed in 2019, the 1st section combines the departments of personal care and the vocational branch of social work in its new premises, and a two-field gymnasium is also integrated. The building provides learning space for 554 students. The building was constructed to KW 55 standard.

In line with the energy-efficient building concept, the flooring chosen is sustainable
the sustainable floor coverings Zero and Xpression made of Enomer®.
Students and teachers not only benefit from a safe learning environment with healthy indoor air, but the PVC-free floors are also particularly resistant to stains and retain their aesthetics and functionality throughout their entire service life.
