This project is an interior renovation and design project for Metal hands Coffee in Shanghai, which is located in the downtown area of Shanghai, the designers have used cosmic and space elements to create the space.
Walking into the cafe is like being on a mysterious distant planet, creating a unique sense of 'conflict' with the modern city of tall buildings outside the windows. One of the highlights is the capsule-like coffee operation space, which provides a feeling of stepping directly into another time and space, with a sense of atmosphere.
The long table by the window appears to be a tree 'suspended' in mid-air, with the mirrored tabletop reflecting the real world outside, giving a magical feeling of both reality and illusion. The simple manipulation of materials and space creates a special dialogue between the inner and outer worlds.
The greenery that can be found everywhere decorates the space, making it more vivid and real. The camping element of the furniture next to the capsule coffee operating area draws the mind directly into the vastness of the universe, as if sitting on the surface of some Mars and taking in the entire galaxy.
This unrestricted design concept stimulates the imagination and creativity of people, and briefly forgets the trivial worries from life, creating a coffee space with personality and innovation.
