A project planned by the office and in collaboration with the Ashstrom company - a tender for the design, construction, and operation of student dormitory buildings for Ben-Gurion University in Be'er-Sheva (using the D.B.O.T. method).

The building is located near the university train station in Be'er-Sheva and consists of about 130 housing units for couples and families of doctoral students, activity areas for the well-being of students, a gymnasium and a fenced playground in addition to a parking lot and commercial areas. 

The building was designed with an inner courtyard that encloses and protects those within from the local climate, while at the same time maintains passages and connections to the surrounding public space. Towards Ben-Gurion Boulevard, the building includes a commercial facade for public use.
