São Paulo, 2025 – Located in the Pompéia neighborhood of São Paulo, the Brasa Apartment reflects the achievement of a young advertising professional’s first home. Spanning 72m², the project, designed by Studio Canto Arquitetura, conveys a warm, vibrant atmosphere full of personality—where comfort and sophistication walk hand in hand.
Inspired by an industrial and contemporary aesthetic, the apartment welcomes visitors with rich, tactile textures and a fluid, inviting layout. The integration of the balcony with the dining and kitchen areas created an expansive social space, where a generous countertop for meal preparation takes center stage as the true heart of the home.
The neutral palette—featuring shades of black and gray—contrasts with warmer tones, creating a sense of spaciousness, visual continuity, and coziness, while leaving room for decorative pieces and touches of color that express the resident’s personality.
This engaging atmosphere is further enhanced by the selection of materials and finishes, which combine burnt cement, exposed brick, and raw concrete to form a solid, welcoming, and authentic base—elements that echo the character of Pompéia and the dynamic, cosmopolitan lifestyle of its resident.
