After years living in a 70 m² apartment, this family felt it was time for a change. They wanted more space for gatherings, to cook together without bumping into each other, to watch their daughter play and enjoy every corner of the home, and to welcome friends in a warmer, more comfortable way. Their new address—now in Perdizes, with 116 m²—became the perfect setting to turn everyday life into moments of affection. Right at the entrance, a custom wood panel houses the shoe cabinet and conceals the powder room, a solution that adds practicality and keeps everything neatly organized.
The focal point of the project is the integration of the kitchen, living room, and balcony. The kitchen was expanded so the couple can cook together comfortably. A functional peninsula organizes the space, while the rustic wooden table becomes the perfect spot for quick meals or for enjoying moments with family and friends.
The balcony was transformed into a dining area, featuring a large wooden table, a sideboard that serves as both support and a record storage, and a coffee corner that visually connects the kitchen and dining spaces.
In the living room, the residents’ wish came true: a larger L-shaped sofa for relaxing and hosting, paired with an armchair that completes the conversation circle, making the space even more inviting.
In the private area, there are three bedrooms: the couple’s suite, their daughter’s room, and a third multipurpose space that serves both as a guest room and a playroom.
More than just a renovation, the project gave the residents something priceless: time. Less effort tidying up, more moments together, and greater ease in everyday life. A home designed to welcome, embrace, and collect memories.
