The office and industrial building is located in the industrial estate of Can Sant Joan, in the outskirts of Barcelona. The site has a complex shape and a privileged position next to the crossing of the A-7 and B-30 highways. Therefore the building complex has a strong and representative image seen from the highway as well as it integrates in the surrounding landscape.

The project is divided into two parts following the clients programme. The industrial hall can work independently, if necessary, having its own entrance and service area in the northeast side of the plot. This part of the building has a rectangular shape, except in the western side where it turns to a round shape which allows the other part of the building to turn around it and follow the geometry of the plot.

A five-storey high office building follows the industrial hall on its southwest side. This office building is divided in four stairs allowing the building to be divided into different users if needed. An entrance street between the volumes of the industrial hall and the office building allows access on the floor level. This street also allows access to the parking areas placed on this level as well as on the underground floors. The street passes under four bridges that connect the office building and the industrial hall on the ground floor.

Different types of prefabricated concrete panels shape the office building facades. At the facade towards the highway the white, partly perforated, concrete elements work as shades protecting the offices of extensive sunlight. The facade towards the industrial hall is shaped by white and grey concrete panels offering a chromatic game.
