The project requires to reorganize the MAPESA College Campus and the construction of the new Business School Building.

The proposal, immersed in the wooded Cerro del Águila Road, enlarges the existing educational facilities and redefines the outdoor spaces, organizing the grounds as a big university campus in which both buildings and green areas become a unit. 

The new Business School Building is composed of two volumes (educational + auditorium) where the different parts of the program are developed. Between both of them, as a connector and articulation, it is located the piece which constitutes the heart of the project: “the Atrium”, conceived as an exterior space covered by a big dome that organise the circulations between the volumes and connects the main areas of the exterior campus.
