The Cultural Centre is designed to be a landmark in the new city of Alburouj, New Cairo. The project is conceived as a cultural area.

As you approach Alburouj access gate, a wide open space invites visitors to come. Behind that space, the building manifests itself as a simbolic element, representative for the city, accesible through a stone rug of red granite that crosses the plaza and the different transition membranes until you reach the interior.

In the main building itself, the multipurpose venue and a planetarium develop around the main use, a theatre for 1600 people. An Outdoor Stage for 7000 people completes the facilities, organized in continuity with the building and with a thoroughly designed landscape area.
