Café L'étage. In the style of French restaurants

The main accent of the interior of Café L'Etage is live greenery and decorative paper-mache products, a tribute to French motifs through the prism of self-irony. Textures and materials originally revolved around the idea of an abandoned greenhouse somewhere in France.

The special atmosphere was achieved not only by architectural and planning solutions but more so by subtle and thoughtful detail work

This applies to the fixed partitions in metal, glass, wood, and custom-made furniture, the variety of textures and surfaces that saturate the space, and the large number of live plants.

The assembly, painting, upholstery, and countertops in L'Etage Cafe are Ukrainian-made. Our specialists also worked on more complex tasks: three large tables in the bar area and the second partition of the greenhouse. Table tops made of old oak boards did not even have to “age” - all cracks and traces of insects were preserved to the maximum.

The glass for the partition separating the bar area from the main restaurant hall was taken from an industrial building. The glass in the partition is held in place with mastic, as was customary in the good old days.

The realization of this 300 m2 restaurant lasted about half a year.

The project was realized in collaboration with YOVA YAGER design.
