Located next to a green square, this single-family home was designed to blend in with the steep 12 meter slope and its surroundings.

The house has two independent and complementary entrances. The main entrance is from the upper part of the lot, from a belvedere, revealing a panoramic view of the city with the Serra da Cantareira in the background.

One floor down, there is a courtyard with a swimming pool and the social area designed to open generously to the landscape and natural light. The integration of the living room, kitchen, balcony, and patio creates a continuous and welcoming space.

The lower floor houses the private area, where the three bedrooms are located. This level ensures greater privacy and acoustic comfort for the residents.
