The Campus F.03 building, located in Aveiro, is nearing completion and has 6 floors above the street level and 1 below, making a total of 23 dwellings and a fraction for commerce and services.

In formal terms, the proposal is developed facing the street, considering the already consolidated urban fabric of the area where the building is located, thus allowing the closure of the street front. In compliance with the lot's specifications, it is intended to create a gradual transition from the heights of the building on Av. from Oita to Rua de São Sebastião.

To this end, the porticoed structure was emphasized, giving it an aesthetic sense in the elevations marked by the pillars/beams. Since the intention is to dematerialize this volume next to Rua de São Sebastião, this structure will be defragmented until it reaches the total number of floors. To this end, a relationship of full and empty was created through the walls, glass or simply not having any constructive element (in balcony areas) between pillars.

Access to the rooms is via the side of the building on Rua de São Sebastião, allowing access to the distribution hall area with access to two elevators and enclosed service stairs.

In terms of distribution, the first floors have the smallest typologies, and in the last two floors there are only two dwellings on each floor, of typology T2 and T3.
