Single-family home project developed in Nova Lima / Minas Gerais.
The mixed-structure of this house is developed in order to optimize construction. Its basement and inner floor will be made of reinforced concrete and the upper floor will be made of metal structure, with the aim of enhancing larger spans with light and slender elements. Visual integration with the natural landscape is a premise of this project.
