We got this job through a tender. From the very start, we liked the concept of a house with two linear rooftops that blend visually despite the radical difference: 42m long x 3m high. Two residential units within one floor separated by a patio whose main function is to act as a generator of warm air currents. Adapting to the plot measurements, 42 metres of straight façade allowed us to distribute all the main layout to the south, with the north side being for service bathrooms and with minimum openings.
