The plot is located at c/ Arce 14, in the central area of ​​the municipality, in the Rivera del Porzuna urbanization, next to the transport interchange of the municipality of Mairena del Aljarafe, it has an area of ​​400 m2, its shape being rectangle trapezoid. The topography is flat, with lateral and rear boundaries to buildings with similar characteristics.

The building consists of an isolated single-family house with two floors built above ground and one below ground, located 3 m apart from the front and side boundaries (as required by regulations), leaving most of the plot free to the rear boundary, with the best orientation. The program is developed by plants as follows:

- Ground floor: the day program is developed, with the hall, living room, dining room and kitchen spaces, as well as a toilet and a laundry room. The garden is at the same level as the house, so that it serves as an extension space for the rooms, including a semi-covered porch. The pool is located as a visual extension of the living room on the plot and the back of the plot is regularized with a secondary piece to support the main building.

- First floor: dedicated to the night area, we find three bedrooms, a common bathroom and a master bedroom, with a dressing room and its own bathroom.

- Basement floor: facilities and storage equipment, bathroom, rooms and ventilation patios.

The floors are related by means of two backbone courtyards (one crossing the entire building and the other only the part above ground level) and two stairs (one inside and one outside). The roof is resolved flat.
