Rehabilitation of a town house in two streets with a small difference in elevation between the two. The main facade and the first bay is maintained and the second bay and the lateral annex body that forms the rear facade and housing the garage are built again. This new construction is used to excavate a basement for facilities, laundry and storage.

The courtyard, even of small dimensions, is again the center of the house. The living-kitchen-dining space is projected into the courtyard with a stepped greenhouse.
