The apartment, with quadruple exposure, is located within a building constructed starting in the 1950s on a plot left vacant following the bombings of the Second World War, with its two street-facing façades entirely clad in Ceppo di Grè, a stone typical of Milanese architecture of the period. Completing the apartment is a large 40 sqm terrace overlooking one of the parks in the city center.

When the owners purchased the apartment, it was being used for short-term rentals and had undergone renovations carried out at different times without a unified design. It was therefore immediately clear that it was necessary to completely demolish the internal partitions to redesign the layout.
