Corner. That is the word that defines Casa Omaguás.
The corner is a meeting point. A meeting of streets, people, activities, and neighborhoods. Located at a strategic point where Vila Madalena, Pinheiros, and Faria Lima converge, Casa Omaguás creates a dynamic ground floor with its shop and the generosity of wide, tree-lined sidewalks that relate to the plaza right in front. It is an active, safe, and attractive corner: a corner meant to be experienced.

The corner is also a place of openness. Two fronts mean more views, better sunlight, and improved ventilation. We took great care to integrate these concerns into the design of a tower carefully thought out to overlook the best spots in the surroundings, optimizing natural light and airflow.

Just as we have an open corner on the ground floor, we also created other "internal corners." These are meeting spaces spread throughout the tower at different heights, offering various perspectives of the city. Instead of closed hallways, the circulation between apartments happens in an open manner: walkways with natural ventilation and lighting that offer a beautiful view.
In short, the goal was to create a generous building. That is what our cities need.
